HOW YOU KNOW YOUR ON THE TRACK TO WELLENSS


SOME SIGNS OF WELLNESS AND FEELING FIT......


-When you wake up and you can't wait to start your day with some form of movement


- At the end of a long day all your body wants is a BIG salad with lots of grilled veggies and lean protein and glass of mineral water with lime ( in a fancy wine glass )


- When you FEEL good


- When 3 pieces of Dark Chocolate is all you want


-When you go to put on a pair of jeans that you haven't worn all year and they are loose
- When stretching becomes part of your daily life


-When you smile at someone just because


-When you spring of the couch ( with no pain )


-When you can't wait to go to your CrossFit Capacity work out


-When your food is planned for the next day


- When you haven't had to see the Doctor !!


-When your brain isn't foggy


- When you get your first push-up :)


- On Sundays you make walking or biking your first priority

TURKEY BALLS THAT AREN"T DRY !!!


1 POUND OF GROUND LEAN TURKEY
1 WHOLE ORGANIC EGG
3 TABLESPOONS FLAX MEAL
1 TABLESPOON OF ITALIAN SEASONS
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC ( CRUSHED )
1 TABLESPOON CUMIN
1 TEASPOON * OF CELERY SALT
2 CHOPPED SCALLIONS
MIX ALL TOGETHER REALLY GOOD !
ROLL INTO BALLS AND COOK OVER TOP OF STOVE WITH 1 TABLESPOON OF EXTRA VIRGIN COCONUT OIL / COVER WITH LID FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTE AND TURN OVER FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTE MAKE SURE BURNER IS ON MEDIUM
( KEEP LID OFF FOR THE LAST 10 MINUTE )
THESE ARE GREAT TO FREEZE AND PUT OUT WHEN NEEDED !!!

Journey to wellness group party


After leaving last night from the party I had an amazing feeling of appreciation for all the work you all did ..... I understand at times it was challenging and the greatest thing is NONE of you gave up !!

A journey is something that last a life time !

I truly feel you all have really made major changes !

Bread lovers ...YOU will love this .........



Bread lover's -



3oz of chicken ( cooked )


1 egg white


2 tablespoon flax meal


2 teaspoons of water


splash of oregano


splash of Italian spices




Blend in Bullet or food processor


place onto pan or tin make sure you place extra virgin cocunt oil down so it doesn't stick also flip it over 1/2 way through so it's a little crispy!!




Bake in oven @ 375 for 15-20 mins

It is so amazing !!!
I had my bread with a salad with sauteed red peppers and onions and artichokes !
I dipped my bread into avocado mash .
The more you change yourself .......the more everyone else changes with you!!
